Brookview Farm is a family owned and operated certified organic farm located in Manakin-Sabot, VA. The Fisher family has owned and operated Brookview Farm for over 25 years and are very proud of their grass-fed beef. Their beef is grass fed. Their animals diet of organic grass and clover, coupled with the fact that they are fit and active, produce meat that is high in protein and anti-oxidants. This creates meat that is as low in fat and cholesterol as boneless skinless chicken.
Brookview Farm also holds a weekly farm market on Saturday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. until October 31, with a large selection of beef cuts, pork products and honey.
