We mix every order to order, in small batches, with lots of gluten free love. As gluten-free-ers ourselves, we know what it is like to wonder if it is really gluten free. Or corn free. Or nut free. Or dairy free. Or your-allergy-here free. Because we're lookin' out - all equipment is sanitized before and after each use, and we do not allow gluten in our kitchen at all, anywhere, for any reason or at any time. And why would we?
