Marshall Farms is a family-owned and operated organic dairy farm in Orange County, Virginia, that has been involved in the dairy industry for 40 years. From spring until fall, our cows graze on lush pasture in the beautiful Piedmont region of Virginia. We make our cheeses in the spring, when the pastures are exploding with growth and nutritional value. Using a process that is intertwined with the seasons produces the best possible natural product. Marshall Farms produces a variety of cheeses that have a smooth, creamy texture not found in commercially processed cheese by using a century old technique.
